Why do we go to osteopaths in Quebec?

According to a study published in PLoS One, patients in Quebec mainly consult an osteopath for musculoskeletal problems of the spine, thorax, pelvis and limbs (61%). Other reasons for consultation include perinatal follow-up and pediatric problems as well as conditions involving the head or the visceral system. Finally, a small portion of the patient population consults an osteopath as a preventive measure (0.3%).
